Description
House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Respite and Recreation (DRR). Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the DRR is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and growth of both the overnight respite program and social/recreational programming. This role oversees services seven days per week, including adult overnight respite and community-based recreational activities for both adults and children. The DRR ensures high-quality, engaging programming aligned with member interests, DDS regulations, and organizational standards.The DRR will manage a team to ensure the programming meets the needs of the members HOPe serves.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in human services
- CPR/First Aid certification
- MAP certification
- Bachelor's degree preferred
