        Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County. 

        The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are being served.

        Relevant experience in the human service field desired, lived experience may substitute. 

        Knowledge of child development and parenting, ability to engage and partner with all families, data tracking and partnership with community resources important.    

        Fluency in English and Spanish, French or Portuguese preferred.
